Why learning English is important?

Speaking English has long ceased to be a plus, and its importance is increasingly evident to professionals and companies, who see in this language the door to better job opportunities, expanding the world and achieving business internationally.
This quiality is now so relevant that it is even more valued tan other studies such as specialization ans mastery. A profesional with English proficiency can earn between 15 and 20 percent more against one that doesn´t handle it.
However, the reality of the country reveals that today only one in 10 people speak English.
Professionals should be able to maintain continuous communication, either in person, by phone or via Skype and, on the other hand, be able to handle requests and emails with good writing and excellent spelling.

This is also evident in Michael Page's selection processes, middle and management, where more than 70 percent of the vacancies request a second language, although this varies according to the industry and the type of position
Carlos Romero added: "Eventually there may be higher charges with higher wages, where it is required to be bilingual, while in a lower position it may be relevant to you, but not for the same position a person who is bilingual earns more What other. What can happen is that a person who speaks English has access to higher positions, with higher salaries. "
